At The Loft Coworking, we're not just a workspace; we're a community. Nestled in downtown Harbor Springs, we've been the local hub for remote workers and home-based professionals for five summers and counting. Operated by Harbor Inc., a local non-profit organization, our mission is to provide a comfortable, productive, and welcoming shared office environment.
Our journey began in 2017 when we recognized the need to support those operating under the radar—home-based businesses and remote workers who are an essential part of our local business community. Back then, coworking was a novel concept in our small Michigan town, but we took the leap.
The Loft's unique charm lies in its industrial aesthetics, complete with rustic brick walls, exposed ceiling beams, and original plank flooring. It's a space that members affectionately call home.
With 17 workstations, including regular and standing desks, we offer a variety of workspace options to cater to your needs. Whether you're seeking refuge during uncertain times or a daily workspace to fuel your creativity, The Loft is here for you.
Our amenities include high-speed internet access, computer monitors, printing and copying services, and, of course, coffee and tea to keep your energy up throughout the day.
We understand that flexibility is key in today's work landscape. That's why we offer a range of membership options, starting at just $20 per day for drop-in access, with options for flex and dedicated desks.
