  • Treat other members with courtesy and respect 

  • Treat the space with respect by following the guidelines and rules of the workspace-this includes proper opening and closing of the space when you are working outside of regular business hours

  • Keep current with membership dues – pay in full before the first of each month 
  • Contribute work for the good of community, including cleaning, marketing, and other activities that increase the livability of the space and financial viability of the community 
  • Be a good coworker
